He has a diverse portfolio of large-scale business management and operations experience, both in Australia and internationally. Vik's exceptional leadership skills and business acumen have enabled him to successfully oversee multiple businesses and operations, including several successful acquisitions. Vik's innovative approach and expertise drive APEM's success by constantly seeking new ideas and emerging technologies in the engineering industry.

John is a partner of APEM and a highly experienced production manager with over 40 years of experience. John's proficiency in overseeing complex manufacturing operations and managing large-scale projects has resulted in the successful delivery of numerous projects. His exceptional leadership skills, coupled with his technical expertise, make him a highly skilled production manager and a valuable asset to the team at APEM.

Matthew is a skilled CNC vertical lathe operator with 5 years of experience. He is proficient in programming, setup, and maintenance, producing high-quality parts efficiently with attention to detail and problem-solving skills, making him a valuable asset to any manufacturing team.

Hugo is a skilled CNC machinist with 4 years of experience and a Certificate III in Fitting and Machining. He is proficient in programming and operating CNC machines, and fabricating high-quality components with precision and accuracy. His knowledge of metalworking principles and strong attention to detail make him a valuable addition to any machining team.
